Bengaluru, Aug 4: Adani Group's grassroots innovation movement, Vande Bharatam, continued its outreach across states with a visit to Karnataka this week. The Group representatives met Shri G. Parameshwara, Deputy Chief Minister of Karnataka, and presented a Vande Bharatam programme kit, showcasing the initiative's vision of fostering innovation, entrepreneurship and grassroots talent.

The initiative has received over 1400+ applications from Karnataka. The interaction focused on how Vande Bharatam can help unlock the state's entrepreneurial potential by providing aspiring innovators with access to mentorship, industry connect and a national platform to take their ideas forward. Shri G. Parameshwara welcomed the initiative and appreciated its role in strengthening Karnataka's vibrant innovation ecosystem.

Launched on June 25, 2026, Vande Bharatam aims to uncover entrepreneurial talent from across India by providing aspiring innovators with a national platform to transform their ideas into startups. Open to participants of all ages and backgrounds, the initiative requires only an idea and the determination to build. Seventy-five finalists will be selected for an immersive mentorship programme, investor access and the Grand Finale in Ahmedabad around Independence Day.
