SME Chamber of India Appoints Tunwal E-Motors CMD Jhumarmal Tunwal as Vice President

Mumbai,July 24: SME Chamber of India, one of the country's industry bodies dedicated to the growth and development of the MSME sector, has appointed Jhumarmal TunwalChairman and Managing Director of Tunwal E-Motors Limited,as its Vice PresidentThis prestigious appointment is a recognition of Mr. Tunwal's significant contribution towards entrepreneurship, manufacturing excellence, electric mobility, and the growth of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises in India. Under Mr. Tunwal's leadership, Tunwal E-Motors has emerged as one of India's rapidly growing electric two-wheeler manufacturers, recording revenues of over ₹275 crore and expanding its presence across the country. Through the establishment of two manufacturing facilities under the 'Make in India' vision, he has strengthened domestic manufacturing capabilities, advanced sustainable mobility, and generated employment opportunities.

As Vice President of the SME Chamber of India, Mr. Tunwal will actively promote entrepreneurship, support MSME development, advocate for progressive policy reforms, encourage technology adoption, facilitate access to finance, and strengthen the competitiveness of Indian enterprises in domestic and global markets. The appointment was announced by Chandrakant Salunkhe, Founder & PresidentSME Chamber of India and Manufacturers & Exporters Association of India .
