Ranga Reddy Raptors hit century mark as Day 4 of TJBL delivers exciting action

 

Hyderabad, June 24 The Telangana Junior Basketball League (TJBL), currently underway at the Vijayabhaskar Reddy Indoor Stadium (KVRIS), Yousufguda, Hyderabad, continued to witness thrilling contests on Day 4 (Monday), as young basketball players from across the state showcased their talent, determination and competitive spirit.

The league, which aims to create a professional pathway for emerging basketball talent in Telangana, will continue until June 28, with matches being played daily from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

The day’s action began with the Under-15 Girls encounter in which Warangal Stallions defeated Ranga Reddy Raptors 52-38 with a strong all-round performance.

In the Under-15 Boys category, Vikarabad Mambas edged past Nalgonda Speed Strikers in a high-scoring contest, registering a 90-81 victory.

The Under-18 Girls match witnessed Nizam Royals overcoming Hyderabad Hurricanes 56-44 to secure an impressive win.

The final match of the day produced the highest score of the evening as Ranga Reddy Raptors defeated Warangal Stallions 100-76 in the Under-18 Boys category, delighting spectators with an attacking display.

As the league progresses, the competition is becoming increasingly intense, with teams battling hard for supremacy and young players gaining valuable exposure through structured, high-quality competition.

The league action will continue on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. In the Under-15 Girls Pool B match, Nalgonda Speed Strikers will take on Hyderabad Hurricanes at 6:00 PM. This will be followed by the Under-15 Boys Pool B encounter between Warangal Stallions and Hyderabad Hurricanes at 7:00 PM.
