Luxury brand Specta Quartz Surfaces collaborates with celebrity wedding photographer Joseph Radhik for its campaign

Jaipur, 11th June 2025: India’s leading luxury quartz surface brand, Specta, has unveiled the latest chapter of its landmark campaign, ‘Stories Cast in Stone’, featuring one of India’s most celebrated wedding photographers, Joseph Radhik. Known for capturing the most intimate moments of the country’s biggest celebrity unions, Joseph’s story is a testament to quiet conviction, artistic instinct, and the courage to defy convention.

In a candid video for the campaign, Joseph Radhik—who has recently captured the extravagant wedding of Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant—shares a personal account of how he turned a lifelong curiosity into a craft. Raised in a family of engineers and doctors, and graduating from IIM, Joseph was never expected to take the creative route—even though the camera remained his constant companion from his school days through his time at IIM. While he was pursuing his corporate job, he jumped into professional photography only at the time of recession. Joseph remained committed, passionate and resilient—and his leap of faith finally paid off when he secured his first celebrity client, Allu Arjun. Joseph has since been the wedding photographer for celebrities like Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma, Katrina Kaif and Vicky Kaushal, Nayanthara and Vignesh Shivan, Aditi Rao Hydari and Siddharth, and Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas, among many others.

Specta’s ‘Stories Cast in Stone’ campaign—which has previously featured cross-genre artists such as fashion designer Masaba Gupta and chef Ranveer Brar—draws parallels between the transformation of quartz—from its unrefined natural state to a luxurious surface crafted with precision—and the impressive journeys of artists who went from being ordinary practitioners to extraordinary symbols of excellence in their chosen vocations.

In the campaign film, Joseph also reflects on the evolution of wedding photography—from extravagant colour palettes to the refined emotional depth of pastel hues. “Pastels don’t shout,” he shares. “They let you, and your emotion, be the hero of the frame.” His aesthetic sensibility finds an organic synergy with Specta’s latest ‘Pastel Poise’ collection, which celebrates subtle beauty, and continues Specta’s larger dialogue on colours and creativity.
