Samsung and Videotex Partner to Expand Tizen OS TVs in India

New Delhi, 25th September 2025: Videotex International Pvt. Ltd., a leading name in India’s television ODM sector, has announced a partnership with Samsung to locally manufacture Smart TV powered by Samsung Tizen OS at its two state-of-the-art Manufacturing Units in G. Noida. By integrating Samsung’s advanced operating system with Videotex’s strong design, development, and manufacturing expertise, the collaboration will deliver smarter, more intuitive viewing experiences to Indian consumers while reinforcing the “Make in India” ecosystem.

By adding Samsung Tizen OS, Videotex, a leading ODM in India, has expanded its portfolio, further solidifying its position as a premier provider of advanced smart TV manufacturing solutions. As a largest ODM for webOS Hub operated TVs in India, this strategic addition complements its existing capabilities, enabling Videotex to offer a comprehensive range of state-of-the-art smart TV technologies to the Indian market.

The upcoming range of TV powered by Samsung Tizen OS will be available in multiple screen sizes (from 32” to 75”) and formats, including HD, FHD, UHD/4K, QLED, and MiniLED. With Samsung Tizen OS, consumers will enjoy the advanced content discovery, Samsung TV Plus for FAST (Free Ad-Support Streaming TV) channel service, Samsung’s voice assistant Bixby and seamless multi-device connectivity through SmartThings.
