With an illustrious career spanning over 12 years across renowned hospitality brands, Chef Pankaj brings with him extensive expertise in authentic Indian cuisine and a deep passion for culinary innovation.

Chef Pankaj has honed his craft with leading hotel brands including Radisson Blu, Sarovar Hotels, Fairfield by Marriott Goa, and most recently, Courtyard by Marriott Chennai. His culinary journey reflects a steadfast commitment to quality, creativity, and the pursuit of excellence in Indian gastronomy.

In his new role, Chef Pankaj will work closely with Executive Chef Feroz Patel to enhance and diversify the hotel’s dining experiences.
