Berger Paints and Sun TV Unveil Grand Mural Honouring Superstar’s 50 Years in Cinema

Dec 24:- Berger Paints India, in collaboration with Sun TV, today celebrated one of India’s most cherished cinematic legends with the unveiling of a grand artistic tribute marking the Superstar’s 50 years in cinema. To honour his unmatched legacy and golden milestone, Berger Paints has created the “50 Years of Stardom” showcase, a tribute featuring 50 vibrant murals, including a spectacular 40-ft Master Mural as the centerpiece.

From his debut to becoming a cultural phenomenon, the Superstar’s five-decade journey represents originality, legacy, and a profound connection with audiences. His ability to evolve, reinvent, and remain relevant across generations mirrors the very essence of excellence that defines Berger Paints’ own 100-year legacy in India.

This showcase commenced with the unveiling of a Master Mural at VELS Trade & Convention Centre in Chennai by leading celebrities. The centerpiece incorporates 50 heartfelt messages from people across India, specially curated to honour the legend’s cinematic journey and the memories associated with his illustrious career. The event also showcased a curated gallery of colourful artworks inspired by Superstar’s most memorable on-screen eras.

Following the Chennai showcase, the murals will embark on a “Mural Yatra” across Tamil Nadu. Supported by Berger Paints’ extensive retail network, the traveling exhibition will bring this artistic experience to neighborhoods across the state, making it accessible to communities everywhere. The entire Berger family  over 2,000 dealers, 22,000 applicators and over 1000 engineers, were part of celebrating this industry-first initiative.
