This weekend, Café Calma hosts the return of Soul Food Cravings by Chef Aashish Seth a legendary seafood boil that sold out faster than we could plate it. This isn’t a dinner. It’s a ritual: sleeves rolled up, hands messy, conversations loud, and flavour doing the talking.
