The launch of the second phase follows the exceptional success of Phase 1, confirming the overwhelming market confidence in Experion’s vision for the region. To meet the robust demand and further its commitment to the city, Experion is ‘doubling down’ on Amritsar with a planned investment set to exceed ₹250 Crores by the time Phase 2 concludes.

Commenting on the launch, Mr B.K. Malagi, Vice Chairman, Experion Developers said, “Experion Virsa is our tribute to the spirited ethos of Punjab. As we launch Phase 2 and further our investment in this landmark project, we are committed to creating a home where vibrant tradition and contemporary comforts exist side by side.”

With a total area of ~93 acres, Experion Virsa ranks among Punjab’s most thoughtfully crafted residential communities. Strategically located on GT Road, NH 44, en route to the revered Darbar Sahib (Golden Temple), the township is meticulously designed to offer an international standard of living that remains traditional at heart, drawing essence from the culture of Punjab by reflecting its spiritual ethos in the entrance gate (representing Miri and Piri) and featuring five main ‘Chowks’—Raavi, Satluj, Beas, Chenab, and Jhelum—inspired by the five rivers of Punjab to foster community interaction and host festivals.
