The event witnessed enthusiastic participation from the National Service Scheme (NSS) volunteers of Sri Ram College of Commerce (SRCC), University of Delhi, along with residents of Som Vihar Apartments. The NSS team, known for its strong community-service ethos, collaborated with Smiling Tree to support the plantation and spread awareness on eco-conscious living.

All participants came together to pledge their commitment to building a green and sustainable future, reinforcing the importance of community involvement in environmental conservation. As a gesture of encouragement, Smiling Tree gifted plants to everyone present at the drive.

Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Mukesh Kwatra, founder of Smiling Tree, said, “It is heartwarming to see young volunteers and residents working hand in hand to nurture nature. Every sapling planted today is a step towards a cleaner, greener and healthier environment. Collective action like this truly builds the foundation for a sustainable future.”
