New Delhi, Mar 18: International Journal of Research (IJR) has announced the launch of India’s first nationwide survey on consumer complaint redressal, aimed at evaluating the effectiveness, accessibility, and responsiveness of grievance resolution mechanisms across sectors.

 The survey seeks to provide a comprehensive, data-driven understanding of how consumers across India experience complaint resolution processes, spanning industries such as banking, e-commerce, telecom, utilities, and public services.

Objective of the Survey

The initiative is designed to:

  • Assess the efficiency and timeliness of complaint resolution systems

  • Understand consumer awareness and accessibility of grievance mechanisms

  • Identify gaps and challenges in existing redressal frameworks

  • Provide actionable insights to improve consumer protection standards
