Gateway Distriparks announces its Q4 results

Delhi, May 08: Gateway Distriparks Q4 FY26 Results Gateway Distriparks Limited (GDL), announced its financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, reporting steady operational growth despite global trade uncertainties impacting volumes during the fourth quarter.

The company recorded total throughput of 1,88,179 TEUs in Q4 FY26, reflecting a 1.98% year-on-year growth, while full-year throughput rose 5.43% YoY to 7,64,065 TEUs.

For FY26, Gateway Distriparks reported total revenue of Rs 2,211.8 crore, registering a strong 31.61% YoY increase compared to Rs 1,680.6 crore in FY25. EBITDA for the year stood at Rs 497.5 crore, up 19.31% YoY, while Profit After Tax (PAT) increased 7.27% to Rs 259.4 crore.

In Q4 FY26, the company posted revenue of Rs 533.7 crore, while EBITDA stood at Rs 122.8 crore and PAT at Rs 63.7 crore.

The financials include the consolidation impact of Snowman Logistics following its transition from an associate company to a subsidiary effective December 24, 2024. The consolidated contribution from Snowman Logistics during FY26 included revenue of Rs 598.9 crore and EBITDA of Rs 94.52 crore.

Commenting on the performance, Prem Kishan Dass Gupta said:

“The company’s performance for the first nine months was strong; however, Q4 has been impacted by the West Asia crisis. Volumes remain subdued, as customers do not have enough clarity on when the Middle East conflict will end. However, we remain hopeful that trade volumes will grow in the medium to long term, with the trade deals that India continues to sign with other countries.”

He further added that the company has initiated movement of steel coils from Ankleshwar and continues to strengthen its domestic logistics segment. Gateway Distriparks is also expanding its infrastructure footprint through a new Inland Container Depot (ICD) at Indore while exploring additional opportunities through both greenfield and asset-light models.

The company also plans to expand the warehouse network of Snowman Logistics through owned and build-to-suit asset-light formats.

Gateway Distriparks currently operates a network of 10 strategically located container terminals across India, supported by a fleet of 34 trainsets and over 560 trailers providing end-to-end logistics solutions for EXIM cargo movement. Through Snowman Logistics, the company also offers cold chain logistics and 5PL distribution services across the country.
