“IUI Re-Envisioned” – 9M Fertility Bhubaneswar Hosts Expert-Led IUI Workshop with Hands-On Training

Bhubaneswar – “IUI Re-Envisioned”, a comprehensive CME and Hands-on Workshop on Intrauterine Insemination (IUI), was successfully organized by 9M Fertility, the flagship fertility initiative of Ankura Hospital for Women & Children, Bhubaneswar. The event was held in collaboration with the Indian Fertility Society (IFS) and Bhubaneswar Obstetric &Gynecological Society (BOGS) at Swosti Premium.

This first-of-its-kind workshop in the region aimed to equip fertility professionals with the latest clinical protocols and practical experience in IUI techniques. The program included expert-led lectures, discussions, and hands-on training using a virtual simulator for Semen Preparation and the IUI Procedure.

Dr. Soumya Dash, Infertility Specialist at 9M Fertility Bhubaneswar, led the scientific program and moderated the Ask the Experts panel. She also delivered a key session on “IUI: What Is Essential to Know,” focusing on practical and evidence-based approaches.

Key highlights included: Dr. Nymphaea Walecha (Fortis, Shalimar Bagh) – “How to Handle Tricky Situations in IUI”, Dr. Anju Madhavan (Neovita Fertility, Kerala) – “Optimal Stimulation Protocols in IUI”, “Setting Up an IUI Lab & Semen Preparation” – Mr. Satya Narayan Samantray, providing technical guidance for clinical implementation .

The workshop concluded with a dynamic Ask the Experts session featuring leading voices in fertility care and reinforced 9M Fertility’s commitment to advancing reproductive health through clinical excellence, education, and innovation.
