President Droupadi Murmu to Join IIT Mandi in Celebrating 15 Years of Excellence
National; 25 April 2025; Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Mandi will mark its 15-year academic, research, and innovation excellence journey with a grand celebration titled “Celebrating Fifteen Years of Achievements (CFA-2025)” to be organized at its picturesque IIT Mandi’s campus in 7th and 8th may 2025.
The momentous occasion will be graced by the Hon’ble President of India, Smt. Droupadi Murmu, as the Chief Guest.
As a part of CFA-2025, IIT Mandi is also hosting a multidisciplinary research conclave on the emerging front-runner technologies like Artificial Intelligence & Robotics, Semiconductors, Quantum Technologies, Advanced Materials, and Entrepreneurship. The conclave will have a prestigious gathering of thought leaders and researchers from across the globe.
The event will witness the presence of popular speakers including Prof. Richard Siegel, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA; Prof. Oussama Khatib, Stanford University; Prof. Robert Wille, Technical University of Munich, Germany; Dr. Randhir Thakur, CEO & MD, Tata Electronics; Dr. James McLaughlin, Ulster University, UK; Prof. Ganpati Ramanath, RPI, USA; Prof. Anirban Bandyopadhyay, NIMS, Japan; Prof. Fabien Bretenaker, France, CNRS; Dr. Bikramjit Basu, CGCRI; Dr. Santanu Chaudhury, IIT Delhi and Dr. Umesh Waghmare, JNCASR.
