MR. D.I.Y India Appoints Vikas Gupta as Group CEO

Mumbai, May 26 : MR. D.I.Y, one of Asia’s  home improvement retailers, has announced the appointment of Vikas Gupta as Group Chief Executive Officer, marking a significant step in the company’s next phase of growth and expansion in the country.

Vikas brings with him over 18 years of diverse experience across operations, private equity, and management consulting. He holds an MBA from XLRI Jamshedpur and a B.Tech from IIT Kharagpur, combining strong strategic expertise with deep operational understanding well-aligned with MR. D.I.Y India’s growth ambitions.

Vikas has been closely associated with MR. D.I.Y India’s journey from its early stages, playing a pivotal role in shaping its growth trajectory. From the opening of its first store to building a network of over 425 stores nationwide, he has been instrumental in scaling the business while strengthening its core proposition of value and accessibility.

Commenting on his appointment, Vikas Gupta, Group CEO, MR. D.I.Y India, said:
