JSA Advises Coforge on Successful Completion of Cigniti Acquisition

India, June 2: JSA Advocates & Solicitors (JSA) advised and represented Cigniti Technologies Limited  and Coforge Limited   in achieving successful closure of Coforge’s acquisition of Cigniti.

This milestone acquisition secured sanction for a composite scheme of amalgamate   ion between leading public limited companies listed on BSE and NSE, in record time and with efficiency.

JSA led the integration process by advising and assisting the companies in securing shareholder and creditor consent and seeking final approval from the National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh.
