Radisson Blu Guwahati presents ‘The Street Edit’ at Café B You

Guwahati, May 19: Not every meal needs an occasion. Sometimes, it is simply about craving something familiar—the kind of flavours that remind you of busy crossings, roadside carts, and food shared without much planning. Bringing that feeling into a more comfortable setting, Radisson Blu Guwahati introduces “The Street Edit – A Street Food Festival at Café B You.”

Radisson Blu Guwahati presents ‘The Street Edit’ at Café B You

Scheduled from 18th to 24th May 2026, the festival is being hosted at Café B You, offering a selection of well-loved street food dishes from across India. Guests can experience the festival from 7:00 PM till 11:00 PM until 23rd May, while on Sunday, 24th May, a special lunch service will be available from 12:30 PM till 04:00 PM.

The menu draws from regional street favourites, presented in a way that retains their authenticity while elevating the overall dining experience. Designed to be both nostalgic and approachable, the spread features highlights such as Sikkim’s live veg momos, Mumbai’s iconic vada pav, Delhi’s tangy golgappa with flavoured pani, Delhi’s ram ladoo, Bihar’s traditional litti with choukha, Kerala’s comforting appam with chicken stew and many more. Each dish stays true to its roots while being prepared in a cleaner, more refined setting.

The space at Café B You will reflect this mood—lively yet relaxed—bringing in elements that allow guests to settle in and enjoy the experience at their own pace.

Speaking about the initiative, Gurmeet Randhawa, General Manager, Radisson Blu Guwahati, said,

“Street food is an integral part of India’s culinary identity. It carries stories, memories, and a sense of familiarity that resonates with everyone. With ‘The Street Edit,’ we wanted to bring those flavours into a setting where people can sit back, take their time, and still feel that same connection. The event celebrates iconic street foods from across regions, offering guests a nostalgic yet elevated culinary experience.”
